Coconut Shake?

Assalamualaikum, (as I have mentioned previously) I was in Malaysia for 2 months, approximately a month and a half in Sarawak and 2 weeks in Kedah. While I was in Kedah the first place we went to was this place to eat that served Coconut Shake... Wait what? Coconut shake??? Yes, apparently there is such a thing. Don't judge me for not knowing what it was okay, even though I am indeed a Malaysian but I've been away from my home country for a long time (even though we visit Malaysia once a month, we don't get to stay long and thus we don't have the time to explore) So this time around, I had the chance to see and taste this thing called "Coconut Shake". Fyi, I am not really a fan of coconut, not that I don't eat them, just that I easily get sick of it, so I was pretty surprised that I actually liked the taste of this shake.

Being the stubborn person that I am, I rejected the offer to order one (my auntie was ordering) and I ordered milo instead. But someone from my family had ordered one (I can't remember who) and I had the chance to taste it.

credit to my cousin's friend for taking this wuuhuu ~
credit to my mom who took this blurry close up picture of the "coconut shake" haha
So from what I have tasted, my guess is that it is fresh coconut water blended with vanilla ice cream, and coconut meat (I think)topped with a scoop of the same creamy vanilla ice cream. (If someone actually know how they make them and any specific ingredient that they add in other than what I have mentioned, feel free to share them in the comment, I'd love to knowww) I quite like it, okay fine I really like it and I would definitely recommend it. It's worth a try!
